Hyundai unveiled its all new compact sedan Aura on December 19 for Indian market. During the unveiled of the Nios based compact sedan the interior was not revealed. The Aura gets a premium look and also gets a new engine option i.e. a CNG variant for the 1.2-litre petrol engine. Though the interior is not revealed yet, the sources has confirmed that the interior will embrace some new features along with a lot of ones available in Nios. Namely, some these features include, a 5.3-inch MID in the instrument cluster, auto AC with rear vents, wireless charging, rear view driving monitor, and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The Aura will be available in five variants: E, S, SX, SX+, and SX (O). The Aura will offer three BS6 engine options: one diesel and two petrol. It includes 1.0-litre T-GDI petrol, 1.2 litre Kappa MPI petrol and 1.2-litre Ecotorq diesel. The Aura gets 5 Speed transmissions as standard and AMT option will also be available on the 1.2-litre diesel and petrol engines.
It’s not confirmed when will it hit the Nepalese market.
