Kia Seltos is a 5-seater mid-sized SUV and is available in wide range of variants with multiple engine and gearbox options. Kia Seltos is available in two versions: Tech Line and GT Line. The Tech Line is available in five variants — HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, and HTX+ whereas GT Line is available in three variants — GTK, GTX, and GTX+

Seltos gets three BS6-compliant engine options: 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol, 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel. The 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine is available only on the GT Line variants with a 7-speed DCT or 6-speed manual gearbox. Seltos is offered with either a 6-speed manual or several automatic transmission options based on the engine option. Talking about the automatic variants, the petrol engine is mated to a DCT or CVT gearbox whereas the diesel engine gets a 6-speed torque converter.

Talking about the features, the Kia Seltos gets LED headlamps, split LED tail lamps, LED fog lamps and 17-inch alloy wheels in the exterior. The GT Line models get red inserts and dual-tone alloy wheels as addition. Whereas it gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car technology, wireless phone charger, climate control, ambient lighting,, Bose sound system, cruise control and heads-up display in inside.

As safety features, the Seltos is loaded with front and rear parking sensors, 360-degree parking camera with blind view monitor and rearview monitor, ABS with EBD, vehicle stability management (VSM) and hill assist control (HAC). In addition, it gets brake assist, electronic stability control (ESC), and gets up to six airbags based on the variant.

The Kia Seltos is available in Intense Red, Glacier White Pearl, Steel Silver, Gravity Gray, Aurora Black Pearl, Intelligency Blue, Punchy Orange, Silver + Black, White Pearl + Black, Red + Black, White Pearl + Orange and Clear White colour options.
